Why can’t I use the audio slider to move to a specific point in the Lessons or Practices?: The Practices are designed to be listened to in one 12 minute sitting. You should not fast forward through them. However you can skip 15 seconds forward or backward through the Lessons. The next version of The App will allow you to move the slider to specific points in the Lessons.
Why does the Core Program Week 2 start with Find My Flashlight?: Find My Flashlight is an essential core practice. In order to fully benefit from the rest of the practices, it necessary to have the attentional skills learned from the Find My Flashlight practice.
